Women's Club is a business networking and mentoring group for professional business women.

Womens ClubWelcome to www.womensclub.org.uk

Our groups meet on a regular basis to help members develop their business and professional lives, by sharing knowledge and experience within the group.

Women’s Club combines the positive elements of business networking and mentoring, in a supportive and proactive environment.

Group meetings (called Pods) are carefully structured to provide the support you need to grow your business. Our focus is on people and developing strong personal relationships – encouraging a support culture and members helping one other to succeed.

There are Pods established in Sheffield, Doncaster and Chesterfield and more groups about to launch across Yorkshire and Derbyshire

There is a strict filtering process for individuals wishing to join Women’s Club. Applicants that go on to become a member must demonstrate a proven track record in business.

Feedback and Testimonials

  • I’m the sole Director of my company and I occasionally have business related issues that would benefit from further consideration with other experienced professionals. Women’s Club offers an environment for me to discuss business issues and develop myself and my company with confidence.
    Marketing Agency Director,
  • Taking time out to work on the business felt like an impossible dream - until I found Women's Club. I get to do some serious thinking but with lots of good humour too..
    Anonymous new member, Accountant
  • It's not always possible to interpret things accurately when you are close to the problem. Two hours at Women's Club changed my life and my business for the better overnight.
    Manufacturing/engineering,
  • Women's Club makes no promises but somehow managed to exceed all expectations I might have had of a group such as this. A unique and profoundly positive experience.
    Graphic Designer,
  • One request for help - nine individual suggestions for a solution to my problem with successfully marketing my business led to it taking off like a rocket.
    Accountant,
  • I can truly be who I am with my Pod members. I have never felt so professionally valued or accepted so warmly on a personal basis as I do at these meetings. I recommend it as an essential business resource to any professional woman.
    Import/Export Company,
  • I survived and came out smiling at the end of the "year from hell" in my business and this was entirely as a consequence of my involvement with and support from other members of Women's Club. It's like nothing I have ever been involved with before and must be seen to be believed.
    Promotions Company,
  • When you find the right tool for the job, everything you used before becomes obsolete. Women's Club ticks so many boxes for me and my business in personal and professional development terms as well as offering new business opportunities that it will save me a fortune across the board. All this and lots of laughs too... fantastic...
    Manufacturing Sector Trainer,
  • It was a delight to meet such inspirational women - I do believe that if I had met you sooner my situation wouldn’t have got quite so serious!
    Financial Advisor,
  • The confidentiality at the heart of Women's Club means that testimonials are shown here anonymously: however, they are all genuine!

”Every networking group that I have ever been part of does not have a true filtering process for its members. At Women’s Club there is. We are a group of professional business women and we only deal with people we know and trust.”

Women’s Club is here to make you and your business more successful.

Our members are business women that are interested in developing their skills and making positive changes in their businesses lives.

Groups are made up of experienced individuals who seek and can offer advice and support related to a range of business areas.

Each Pod is limited to one representative from a trade or profession, giving a broad range of experience and knowledge. Groups meet on a regular basis allowing members to develop strong relationships that encourage recommendations and referrals with other successful businesses.

Members are committed to helping one another succeed and the positive, supportive, and structured environment helps business women to develop.

Women's Club Pods

Women’s Club is more than just a business networking group. Pod meetings are confidential and our members strictly adhere to this. We make every effort to ensure it is safe to discuss business issues openly within each Pod.

We seek to achieve a balance of skills and experience in each group. This ensures there is a broad spectrum of input and business opportunity, to deliver the best value for all members.

Peer mentoring

Pod meetings are formally structured mentoring sessions.

Put simply, peer mentoring creates an environment where people can help and advise each other in confidential, supportive and non-judgmental conditions.

At Women’s Club....
  • Pods are structured to ensure a highly productive level of compatibility between all participants
  • All the contributors share common experiences and understanding
  • Members are encouraged to set goals, share insights and go on to achieving them
  • We support members by demystifying and managing matters as diverse as finance, technology, marketing and sales, employer and other legal compliance issues.
Pods encourage broad levels of learning and development, using the skills, insight and knowledge of other individuals in the group. We create a healthy and enjoyable method of engaging in personal and professional development.
