I have always been fascinated by what makes people tick. After gaining my degree in Psychology I went on to teach the subject for 8 years.
At age 23 I trained to become a qualified hypnotherapist and psychotherapist and this is where I first came across NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). I was blown away by the power of the tools, attitudes and approaches that were at the heart of NLP and I very quickly started to help lots of people to change their lives for the better using NLP methods.
In 2001 I knew it was time to set up my own business full time and launched ARC Coaching and Training Ltd, offering NLP-based Coaching and Training solutions to a wide range of individuals and organisations, from self-
employed business owners to leaders and teams within Global companies.

In 2004 I joined forces with NLP trainer Julie French (now my life partner and business partner) and together we set up Academy of High Achievers Ltd. The company has gone from strength to strength since that time and in 2009 Sarah Armitage also joined us as the third member of the team.
I love my life and I have a wonderful young daughter, Sophie, who is a constant source of joy and inspiration for me.
