WE have a choice, a very wide choice, so we don’t put up with shoddy goods, poor premises, under-attention, or over-pricing!
YES, we buy online, because we can compare prices & get good deals.
If you can’t supply online, you are missing out, even if you have #brimor (bricks & mortar) premises, you are missing out!
Some of us are always prepared to pay top dollar for what we buy. Usually because we get excellent service, a great shopping experience, and no-quibble guarantees.
More of us are NOT prepared to pay top dollar anymore, if we can track it down, through our own diligence (or laptop, or mobile) cheaper, or easier to access, then WE BUY. Get it? WE BUY.
WE DON’T WANT TO BE SOLD TO ANYMORE – Blarney don’t do deals, WE do deals, because WE are becoming an endangered species – Buyers with money in our pockets. That’s a sought after commodity nowadays, and WE know it!
This example, from Yorkshire, can apply in many places around the UK.
If you can’t get social, be social, or give us what we want, we WILL go elsewhere.
WE BUY from people WE interact with, or follow, on Twitter, on Facebook, online.
WE take their recommendations too!…..
